  • 6 peaches

  • 1/2 cups of Bob's Red Mill 1-1 Baking Flour

  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar

  • 1 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of Bobs Red Mill gluten-free rolled oats​



  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.

  2. Peel and slice all the peaches, (I find pouring boiling water over them helps to remove the skin.)

  3. Lay the peaches out evenly in the 8x8 dish.

  4. In a medium-sized bowl whisk together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

  5. Then cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or a fork. (If the butter is too cold to cut, you can use your clean hands to mix it together) 

  6. Fold the oats into this bowl and sprinkle evenly on the peaches.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
