CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of butter

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt 

  • 4 cups of powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla on medium-high speed for 5 minutes.

  2. Next, add the powdered sugar slowly until completely combined. Add in the salt and beat for 1 minute until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat again for 1 minute.

  3. Now your cream cheese frosting is ready to go.

  4. (Makes 4 cups of frosting)
